Crockpot Goodness

Usually I'm the cook in the house because I love to do it and because it's my stress release.  However with the Big Man being home, still looking for work since the move, he has taken over some of the cooking.  Yesterday together, via texts and chats, we decided on our dinner.

Easy Peasy Crockpot Pulled Chicken

2 - Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts (We cut ours in half longways so it's actually 4 pieces)
1/4 cup - Water for bottom of crock pot
Poultry Seasoning or your favorite seasoning to taste

Place everything in the crock pot after you use these amazing crock pot liners.  These are AMAZING and make clean-up a breeze.

Turn crock pot to low and let cook for 6- 8 hours.

When the chicken has cooked completely but isn't dry as a bone, turn off the crock pot.

Gently take two forks and "pull" the chicken apart. Leave pulled chicken in crock pot.

Mix together 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (more or less to your liking) with 1/4 cup Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce.

Pour over pulled chicken.

Turn crock pot back on low and let simmer for another 20-30 minutes.

Serve on whole wheat rolls and enjoy.

*Tastes great dipped in a little ranch dressing too!

Hope you enjoy!
